Totalsporty (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the service") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated through the totalsporty.app domain. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Totalsporty and the platform user (referred to herein as "member" or "you").

• "Account" — The personal profile created upon registering with Totalsporty.
